Bigo Live account deletion has been closed through the application and website. However, it still won’t prevent you from contacting them to delete your account. The only way to delete an account is to contact the support team. Account deletion conditions are explained in detail by Bigo Live support team. We sent an email to Bigo support team and got a response like this:
Bigo Support Team says: “Dear friend, thank you for contacting. Please first use the account you want to delete to enter the in-app “Help & Feedback” page and then send us the following information so we can delete your account. Please note that once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered and all your data and balance will be removed, so consider before submitting the deletion request.
Information may be required to verify your identity:
- Bigo ID you need to delete.
- Your reason for deleting your account.
- Your e-mail address so that we can inform you about the result.
- Screen shot of the phone model you use to log in to Bigo Live (Please click Settings on your phone and find My Phone / Device).
- Your registration phone model (Or Registration time and location) (All information will only be used to clarify your identity and prevent malicious account deletion. The process will take 7 working days, your patience will be appreciated)
The Delete Account button will open very soon, you can wait a few extra weeks until it opens and you can delete the account yourself. It will take less time and effort 🙂 Best Regards, Elaine Bigo Live Team“
