My account has been hacked they have entered there email so when I went to rest password the reset code went to there email. Not mine. It won’t let me use any other way to get a code. She has messaged and called my friends asking for money, even took a photo of her hand on the Bible to believe it was me which was not. My friend called. This is crazy. I can’t get help on secure page because don’t have a credit card with a dollar on it. I only have a chime card with 24 cents so they won’t help me without charging a dollar. I can’t get to the store to deposit money on the card because our car is broke down. I can’t make thus crap up. But I do need help. And I have no idea what to do. I deactivated the other account but she used the same name Cherie Ainsley Jones but used a picture of my daughter and her friends in their cap and gowns from graduation. I then tried a new one with just Cherie Jones and just a photo of me. She got in and Changed my password so I can’t sign into that account either. This is just crazy.
