Get Back The Old Facebook Account You Couldn’t Login to

As we learned from Facebook’s official help page, Facebook has prepared a guide for you to get your old accounts back.

The question is, how will they identify the difference between the old account and the new account. Because not being able to login to Facebook is the same problem no matter old or new account. It’s probably a convenience to get back accounts for which you don’t remember your mobile phone and email address.

How to get old Facebook back?

• 1. Go to your old Facebook profile that you want to get back. (Open your old profile)
• 2. Tap (three dots) and select Report Profile. (complain yourself)
• 3. Select Another thing and tap Next.
• 4. Tap Get this account and follow the steps.

All that remains is for the Facebook team to send you an email with recovery information. If the operation fails, try again.

Facebook may use your email address or mobile phone number to notify you of the result. Check both within a week.
